Emergency Response crews stand ready 24 hours a day 7 days week to deploy to the location of your incident to control, contain and recover releases of hazardous and non-hazardous properties. DESI leaders and team members consist of individuals that are known throughout the region for providing the highest quality of service at cost effective prices. Our team consists of leaders that are fluent in the regulatory frame work to include local, state and federal regulations, that dictate the course of action that is necessary to ensure that our clients have satisfied the needs of the presiding governing body.

In addition to the quality of service DESI provides, our teams are also supported by one of the largest fleets of company owned equipment of any emergency response provider in the region. Such an inventory allows DESI to reduce on site time and eliminate man power. DESI also minimizes the need for sub contractor services. Minimizing sub contractors eliminates inflated costs due to contractor mark ups. It also expedites the final recovery operations by eliminating, sometimes, complicated schedule coordination between contractor and sub-contractor. Because DESI is a full service environmental contractor and deals in large volumes of waste and materials, our clients can also benefit from lower material and disposal cost throughout DESI large region of operation.

Our clients are provided with a detailed Incident Report. This report will outline the incident from the cause of
the release to the final disposal, provide pictures of the operation from start to finish and include scanned
copies of all transportation and disposal documentation. The report is provided to our clients in a bound spiral display along with a CD copy.

DESI offers long term and short term contracts without a retainer fee. Contracted clients eliminate the need to establish pertinent company information prior to the dispatch of one of our teams. In addition contracted
clients can take advantage of more competitive rates, ensure that they are provided with up to date certificates
of insurance and utilize DESI’s knowledgeable staff as an information resource. In addition the contractual agreement will fulfill your federal requirements to have an emergency response contractor under the SPCC
Rule.

DESI does not currently offer services for radioactive materials nor explosives.
